Introducing The Helix Loop
When I started the Theory of the Business, the goal was to explore strategy, innovation and design. This was before my full tilt into AI.
With the launch of The Helix Moment, the approach of rhythms (Lines Loops and Vibes), my work with clients from in private, public and purpose led sectors around AI, it is clear that my focus and writing should be aligned with that.
The biggest insight is the idea of the co-intelligent organisation. This is beyond human + AI. This is at the core of how do we reimagine organisations in the co-intelligence age.
The Helix Loop is my ongoing exploration of rhythms, co-intelligence and ofcourse strategy in this new AI age.

Artificial Intelligence is not a tech project to hand off to your CIO. It is an organisational architecture challenge that belongs squarely with the CEO and C-suite. It demands a new “Vibe,” new “Loops,” and an entirely new “Line” of strategic thinking.
The flood of AI “news” and “breakthroughs” is noise. It drives reactive behaviour: analysis paralysis, endless committees, and a “wait-and-see” posture that guarantees you fall behind.
You don’t need more information. You need conviction.
